How this programme works
By giving me just 21 days I hope I can help you for a lifetime. I will guide you through the 21-Day Sugar Detox Programme. You will get a structured dietary and supplemental plan, as your body will require some more specific nutrients during this time.
During the sugar detox programme, you might experience sugar and caffeine withdrawal symptoms in the early stages. This may result in fatigue, breakouts, headaches, low energy or muscle aches. Don’t worry! When your body readjusts, you’ll feel far better than before you started this programme. More importantly, you will feel the need to take care of your body by feeding it with natural foods on a permanent basis.
I will provide you with easy and delicious recipes to follow. You will have emotional and psychological support throughout this process. We also will talk about how to create a healthy lifestyle, as it requires more than just a healthy diet (but it is a great point to start).
At the end of the programme, we will have a follow-up consultation and analyse your results. I will also advise you how you can safely reintroduce excluded foods. In two to three weeks time, we will have another follow-up consultation to evaluate how you are getting on after this programme.
