Largely this happens due to a poor diet but there are other reasons as well:

What you can expect
Once you have completed your Personal Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire and a 3-day Food Diary, I will identify the reasons as well as any hidden food allergies/sensitivities that are causing your health issues. A gut detox will be the first step in repairing your unhealthy gut. Why? This stage will prepare your gut to host “good” bacteria as without this step they would not be able to colonise new places in your colon. It means that regardless of how strong the probiotics you eat, they will not be able to make any difference in your unhealthy gut. So, the first step is cleaning and then healing and sealing to prevent a leaky gut and improve the overall health of your digestive system.
During 12 weeks I will guide you through 4 one-to-one consultations, where the initial consultation lasts one hour and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes. Together, step by step, we will build up a programme tailored to suit your needs in order for you to recover your digestive health.
