Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a combination of the risk factors such as:

Once you have completed your Personal Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire and a 3-day Food Diary, I will identify the reason for your weight issue and MetS symptoms. During 12 weeks, I will guide you through six one-to-one online consultations where the initial consultation lasts one hour and follow-up sessions up to 50 minutes. Together, step by step, we will build up a programme tailored to suit your needs in order for you to improve your MetS condition or maybe even to reverse it.
