Nutritional Therapy and My Approach
What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is an evidence-based approach to scientifically identify the potential nutritional imbalances of an individual’s diet and establish how these contribute to illness and other health issues/symptoms.
As a complementary medicine, Nutritional Therapy can be used alongside standard medical treatment and is not a replacement for medical advice. Clients with “red flag” signs/symptoms will always be referred to their GP.
Nutritional Therapy is not a one-pill wonder, it is a change in both nutrition and lifestyle to help bring the body back to a state of optimum health
My Approach
I have been helping people with different health disorders within a wide spectrum of ages. I work with individuals as well as with families. My main target is to provide you with advice and knowledge on how to select a variety of healthy eating choices specifically for you or for you and your family.
My approach deals with not only the symptoms, but the entire body. By addressing the nutritional imbalance, your body will have a better chance of functioning normally and reaching optimum health. It can also play a big role in the prevention of many diseases.
As a Functional Medicine practitioner, I use a nutritional approach to find a long-term solution that can play a vital role in improving health in many areas.
