Homemade Low Carb Keto Chocolate

When you make your own chocolate you have control over the ingredients and the level of sweetness. Here I offer my recipe for sugar-free, KETO chocolate. I use just 2 tsp of date paste or sometimes raw honey, as I prefer a more bitter taste.
To your recipe, you can add a little bit of roasted crunchy nuts for texture and flavor, or dried and crushed fruit for more sweetness. Dried berry powder also works wonders in homemade chocolate!

Ingredients

•  1/2 cup cacao butter chopped
•  1/2 cup coconut butter or cream
You can use just cacao butter – 1 cup
•  1 cup cocoa/cacao powder organic unsweetened
•  Raw honey or date paste to your taste
•  3-4 tbsp tahini or almond butter or any other nut/seed butter to your taste
•  1-2 tsp organic alcohol-free pure vanilla extract (optional)
•  1 pinch sea salt (optional, I never add it)
All you do is melt the cacao and coconut butter and whisk in the other ingredients.
Transfer the mixture into silicone molds, place them in the fridge or freezer until solid.
