Duration of this weight loss and wellbeing programme is 12-weeks. Perfect for anyone who wants to build a healthy relationship with food that meets the needs and requirements you have in your family, culture and social life.
This programme will not leave you hungry and grumpy and we will not count the calories. During the sessions, I will provide you with practical tips and skills to support you in changing and rebalancing your eating habits. Using a food diary will help us to monitor your eating and work with your cravings. During the consultation, other issues may appear that may underlie your eating habits such as depression or anxiety. They should be worked through to obtain a real change to take place.
Together we will work on changing the way you shop, cook, revamping your eating pattern, establishing new behavior pathways and adopting a new and healthy lifestyle.
I use the latest research to supply you with tools you need to make healthy choices now and later. However, your full commitment is needed to enable you to achieve your health goals by completing the programme and following all recommendations.
How the programme works:
Once you have completed your Personal Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire and a 3-day Food Diary, I will identify the reason for your weight issue. During 12 weeks, I will guide you through six one-to-one consultations.
Initial consultation (1,5 h):

The follow-up consultations (1 h):
Your 5 follow-up consultations will be held every 2 weeks
